Research on PMSM Speed Loop Sliding Mode Control Strategy for Dealing with External Constant Interference
In response to the demand for enhancing the anti-interference performance and dynamic stability of permanent magnet synchronous motors, this study constructs a speed loop sliding mode control strategy that can effectively and stably control under external constant disturbances. Firstly, analyze the dynamic characteristics of both static and rotational coordinate systems separately; Secondly, in the non singular terminal sliding mode speed loop control strategy, one is to estimate the torque observation result of its compensation observer and convert it into compensation current, and the other is to estimate the disturbance amount of external constant disturbance and feedback it to the speed controller, synchronously implementing the dual control process of current loop and speed loop; Finally, experimental data shows that the proposed control strategy can effectively reduce control current fluctuations by completing current regulation within 0.02 seconds. Its peak speed of 1500rpm, overshoot of 2.496%, steady-state error of 0.017r/m, and maximum torque overshoot of 0.023N·m all meet the control standards, verifying that the proposed strategy can accurately evaluate disturbance amplitude and rotor position, ensuring stable and effective control of motor speed.
