To promote the artificial intelligence to promote the physical health of college students has become an inevitable choice. In this study, 30 male and female students in physical education class campus running results of tracking statistics, a total of 30 sets of campus running effective data. This paper conducts empirical analysis on the data obtained through methods such as literature review, expert consultation, field research, and interdisciplinary research. It uses physical fitness testing instruments to verify the related data of endurance run 1000 meters, 800 meters, and lung capacity of the tested students. The results show that: (1)The students’ participation in campus run gradually increases, and it remains at an average of 37.8 times per semester; (2)The endurance run performance of male and female students improves significantly, especially for those who have completed the campus run of 120km or more; (3)The lung capacity of the tested students increases linearly, with the average lung capacity of male students increasing from 3,809 in the first year to 4,620 in the second year, an increase of 21.3 percentage points, and the average lung capacity of female students increasing from 2,730 in the first year to 3,113 in the second year, an increase of 14 percentage points.

This paper conducts empirical analysis on the data obtained through methods such as literature review, expert consultation, field research, and interdisciplinary research.
