Source-grid Collaborative Expansion Planning for Transmission Network Based on an Acceleration Technique
In the field of transmission network expansion planning, it is of great importance to reduce solution time. To address this, this paper proposes a transmission network source-network coordinated expansion planning model based on an acceleration technique. Firstly, a transmission network source- network coordinated planning model is constructed. Secondly, the benders decomposition algorithm is adopted to decompose the model into an investment planning master problem and an operation subproblem. Thirdly, this paper adopts a constraint shrinking technique, which reasonable ranges for big Mare established for constraints. Finally, a case study based on the Garver 6-node system is conducted to validate the effectiveness of the transmission network source-network coordinated optimization model by combining benders decomposition algorithm with the constraint shrinking technique, demonstrating that the approach can improve solution efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
