Experimental Study on the Impact of Intelligent Wearable Devices on Extracurricular Physical Exercise Effectiveness of College Students

With the update and iteration of science and technology, smart wearable devices have become one of the important directions for the development of intelligent terminals. They can help individuals dynamically obtain body data and facilitate self body quantification. As a new type of sports exercise monitoring method, applying smart wearable devices to extracurricular sports exercises for college students can improve the exercise feedback mechanism, help teaching subjects or students dynamically monitor their physical condition, and then develop targeted sports exercise plans to improve students’ physical skills and enhance their physical literacy. Based on this, this study will use research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics to investigate the impact of smart wearable devices on extracurricular physical exercise among college students in our university. The analysis and elaboration will mainly focus on sports exercise projects, exercise frequency, exercise time, exercise intensity, and further use experimental methods to test the effectiveness of smart wearable devices. Finally, targeted suggestions will be proposed in order to contribute to relevant fields.
