Predicting Health Benefits of Yoga: A Conceptual Framework for Data Collection and Analysis in Sports Science
Yoga has been widely recognized for its dual physical and mental health benefits, yet systematic frameworks for quantifying these benefits remain limited. This study proposes an innovative conceptual framework that integrates wearable technology, machine learning, and predictive analytics to monitor and predict the health outcomes of yoga practice. The framework systematically collects and analyzes real-time physiological data, including flexibility, cardiovascular performance, and respiratory patterns, providing dynamic and personalized insights. Through simulated datasets and theoretical validation, the framework demonstrates its potential for enhancing yoga practice, facilitating individualized health management, and bridging the gap between qualitative observations and quantitative scientific evidence. Future research will focus on real-world applications and large-scale empirical studies to refine and validate the framework further.
