Construction of the Implementation Sequence Model of the Power Grid Production Project Based on the Quantitative Audit Rules

At present, the & quot; double carbon& quot; development of energy and power industry and the construction of " new power system& quot; are deepening. As power grid enterprises face an increasingly complex regulatory environment and operating pressure, how to effectively carry out the production project budget audit and realize the scientific ranking of project construction has become the key to improve the operating efficiency and operating efficiency of enterprises. The traditional budget audit method mainly relies on qualitative judgment, lacks quantitative analysis, and cannot fully reflect the multidimensional attributes of the project. So, this paper proposes a method of power grid production project based on hierarchical analysis and grey correlation analysis. By constructing a multidimensional project evaluation system, the weight of each evaluation dimension is calculated in combination with the hierarchical analysis method, and the gray correlation degree analysis method is used to evaluate the correlation degree between the project and the ideal scheme, so as to finally provide a basis for the scientific determination of the project construction sequence. The empirical analysis shows that this method has high accuracy and effectiveness in the optimization of power grid projects, and can provide accurate resource allocation scheme for power grid enterprises, and optimize the budget management.
