Cement Enterprise Adjustable Capacity Evaluation Method Based on State-Task Network
Considering the process constraints, quality requirements, and production requirements in cement production, an optimization model is established with the goal of the maximum adjustable capacity of the cement plant during each period. Taking the new dry-process cement production as an example, the materials generated or consumed by each process, as well as the equipment start-up and shutdown statuses, are analyzed. The coupling relationships between different processes are considered. By using the state-task network method, processes and materials are abstracted as tasks and states, respectively. A mathematical expression of the cement production process constraints is established to ensure product quality and equipment safety. A simulation example is conducted for the maximum adjustable capacity of the cement plant during each period, and its maximum adjustable capacity visualization is obtained, providing a basis for cement enterprises to participate in grid demand response.
