Parameter Identification Method of HVCB Trip Device Based on Feature Matching
Fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breaker (HVCB) is an important way to realize condition maintenance and ensure reliable operation of circuit breaker. Aiming at the problem that existing fault diagnosis methods based on coil current waveform feature classification are difficult to identify early defects of trip device, a parameter identification method based on curve feature matching is proposed in this paper. First, based on the analysis of the action mechanism of the trip device, the mathematical model is established and the correctness of the model is verified. Then, different parameters of coil resistance and core resistance are substituted into the mathematical model to get the corresponding coil current, and the sample database is built on the basis of feature extraction. The parameter identification is realized by using the matching degree between the coil current curve features monitored online and the sample features in the sample bank. The experiment shows that the maximum relative error of coil resistance identification is 3.45%, and the dispersion degree of core resistance identification results is 2N, which verifies that the proposed method can accurately identify the parameters of coil resistance and core resistance.
