Research on the Noise Reduction Technology of Traveling Wave Waveform of Power Distribution Network
The traveling wave signal of the distribution network is disturbed by a variety of noise in the transmission process, which affects the accuracy of fault location and diagnosis. This paper analyzes the main noise sources of traveling wave signals of distribution network, studies various noise reduction methods, including wavelet transform, adaptive filtering, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and variational mode decomposition (VMD), and analyzes the noise reduction effect. Finally, a wavelet integrated filtering algorithm for fault traveling waveform noise reduction filtering is proposed. The algorithm aims to solve the difficulty of filtering random noise and pulse noise, using the design of mathematical morphology in the effective suppression of various noise at the same time, better maintain the basic shape of the traveling wave head, t and the wavelet integrated algorithm is a single low pass filter and multiscale wavelet transform calculation is small, is conducive to engineering implementation
