Study on Demand Response Control Strategies of Residential Temperature-Controlled Loads Based on Multi-Timescale Dynamic Priority
This paper investigates the participation of temperature-controlled loads, including air-conditioning loads, in demand response control strategies, and proposes a multi-timescale regulation method based on the appliance comfort index and dynamic priority. Within a day-ahead-intraday cooperative scheduling system, day-ahead optimization scheduling endeavors to maximize the consumption of distributed PV, achieving load transfer and optimization through the reasonable arrangement of the operating hours of temperature-controlled loads. However, this aspect falls outside the scope of the present study. Intraday rolling optimization, on the other hand, according to the 15-minute level PV and load forecast data, real-time correction of the scheduling plan, flexible adjustment of temperature-controlled load response strategy, and appliance prioritization under the day-ahead-intraday coordinated scheduling. The example analysis, which is based on a residential area in Beijing, demonstrates that the method can effectively improve PV utilization and consider user comfort in summer and winter scenarios. This provides theoretical support for flexible grid scheduling.
