Precision control system architecture for modular charge of solid rocket*
To better solve the problem of difficulty in accurately positioning the assembly process due to the large volume and weight of solid rocket motor blocks, and improve the assembly capacity, efficiency and quality of solid rocket motor charge, a modular charge precision control system architecture for solid rocket was proposed based on the method of measurement/calculation/positioning/adjustment/measurement, and its architecture and operation process were described. Furthermore, the key supporting technologies such as measurement modeling and process optimization, auto-adaptation precision control were further studied. Ultimately, the system composition and operation mechanism of precise control of modular charge forming were discussed, which provided technical support and method guidance for the follow-up research and construction of engineering intelligent assembly system. In the future, the specific error transfer algorithm, linear elastic deformation calculation method, optimization combination result calculation method should be broken through, and an advanced and universal intelligent assembly system should be developed to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of modular rocket charge.
