Quantitative Analysis and Influencing Factors Research on Valve Internal Leakage in Thermal Power Unit

In this paper, the quantitative calculation of valve internal leakage and influencing factors research based on the trap piping temperature field model were carried out for the steam traps of thermal power units. Through the establishment of the physical and mathematical models of the temperature field of the piping in front of the valve, the temperature field distribution under different valve leakage conditions was obtained, to realize the quantitative calculation of the valve leakage; Based on the compiled simulation software, the influences factor including piping inner diameter, piping wall thickness, insulation thickness, piping inlet steam temperature and pressure, as well as leakage rate were further analyzed. The research results of the paper lay a theoretical foundation for the quantitative diagnosis of valve leakage in thermal power unit.
