Construction and Application of Digital System of Ancient Books

Traditional ancient books are suffering from time wear and environmental threats. In order to meet this challenge, digital technology creates stable and reliable digital versions of ancient books, while preserving the original details of ancient books to the maximum extent through high-resolution scanning and image processing technology. The design of this paper and the digital system of ancient books support the digital processing and management of ancient books. Through the comprehensive digitization process of ancient books in a well-known university library, the applicability and effect of the system are demonstrated, which plays a certain role in promoting the prosperity and progress of Chinese culture.
