Review of Research on Core Reactor Vibration
This paper summarizes recent research on the vibration of core reactors. Considering the core material and structural characteristics of the reactor, it is concluded that the magnetostrictive effect of silicon steel sheets, electromagnetic attraction between core laminations, and the Lorentz force acting on the windings are the main factors causing reactor vibration. The characteristics of magnetostrictive and Maxwell forces, the influence of excitation sources and air gaps on core reactor vibration are analyzed. It is concluded that the main factors affecting reactor vibration and noise include the size of the excitation source, the distribution of air gap structure, and the installation and operating environment. By developing efficient vibration isolators, the transmission of reactor vibration and noise can be effectively reduced. Additionally, improvements in the materials and structure of the equipment can also mitigate vibration during operation to a certain extent.
