Research on Resource Allocation and Scheduling Optimization of Virtual Power Plants Considering Uncertainty
This paper proposes a robust optimization method for multi-resource scheduling. Firstly, random disturbances are introduced to the output data of wind farms and photovoltaic power stations to simulate the uncertainties in actual operations. An upper-level optimization is employed for resource allocation, while a lower-level optimization is utilized for specific generation and scheduling, aiming to minimize scheduling deviations. The method calculates the adjustable power range of the virtual power plant based on Minkowski norms and incorporates it into the upper-level optimization to ensure both the safety and economic viability of the scheduling. Finally, the daily operational schedule of a virtual power plant in a prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province is simulated based on the optimization results. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively enhance the operational efficiency and regulation capability of the virtual power plant, proving its feasibility and superiority in practical applications.
