Design and Implementation of Party Member Education Management Information System

This paper presents the design and implementation of party member education management information system in Chinese state-owned energy enterprises. Based on Java EE, the system has been developed by four steps: requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. In the requirement analysis stage, the overall requirement has been investigated by means of distributing research questionnaires and holding expert forums. And then business process and functional requirements have been determined. In the system design stage, detailed function design and database design has been conducted according to the principle of programming. At last, the system has passed the function test and the performance test. The system breaks through the limitations of time and space, and provide personalized learning services for party members through various forms such as online courses, online tests, and interactive communication. The system realizes standardization of party members' self-management process, which includes making autonomous commitments, fulfilling commitments, comprehensive evaluation, and self-improvement. The results show that the development of this system has promoted innovation and development of party member education management.
