Carbon Emission Analysis of Integrated Energy Systems Under Electric Vehicle Penetration
The increasing emphasis on carbon neutrality has driven the need to optimize the operational strategies of Integrated Energy Systems (IES) under carbon trading mechanisms. This study develops a multi-objective dispatch optimization framework that integrates electricity demand response (DR), thermal DR, and carbon trading to enhance system efficiency and sustainability. By conducting a case study with varying carbon trading base prices, the impact on total operational cost and carbon transaction volume is systematically analyzed. Specifically, as the carbon trading base price increases from 100 to 200, the total carbon trading volume decreases by approximately 28.7%, while the IES operational cost increases marginally by 1.75%. The findings highlight the necessity of a well-designed carbon pricing strategy to balance economic and environmental objectives.
