An Evaluation Method for Reactive Power Compensation Schemes Considering Reliability and Resilience in Energy Power Systems Using CF-AHP Method
In the context of the high proportion of renewable energy access to the reliability and resilience of the integrated energy system has caused a greater challenge, this paper for the traditional hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the strong subjectivity of the problem, puts forward a consideration of energy power system reliability and resilience of the evaluation of CF-AHP reactive power compensation scheme, based on the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and the combination of the cloud model fuzzy mathematics (CF) Based on the combination of hierarchical analysis (AHP) and cloud model fuzzy mathematics (CF), a multi-level evaluation index system is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the reactive power compensation scheme on the basis of considering the reliability and resilience of the energy and power system, and at the same time, the objectivity and consistency of the evaluation are improved through the selection of fuzzy rules and subordination functions of the economic indicators and reactive power compensation effect indicators, which can effectively solve the problem of how to evaluate the reactive power compensation scheme on the basis of the reliability and resilience of the energy and power system when renewable energy sources are connected to the system. The method can effectively solve the problem of how to choose the reactive power compensation scheme when renewable energy is connected to the energy power system under the premise of reliability and toughness, taking into account the rational use of resources.
