Integrated Energy System Optimization Planning for Manufacturing Enterprise Parks Based on Life-Cycle Lean Carbon Reduction
This paper is oriented to lean carbon reduction in the life-cycle manufacturing enterprise park. Based on the integrated energy system model of manufacturing enterprise park, carry out the optimization planning of the enterprise park to improve the economy and reduce the carbon emission, and the use of non-dominated genetic algorithm solving and obtaining the Pareto optimal solution set. To address the problem of saturated carbon reduction effect of green power substitution method, the carbon reduction effect of the optimization planning of the case enterprise is verified by using the input-output full life cycle analysis method. The results show that the case enterprise can still achieve an annualized economic cost reduction of 12.4% and an annualized carbon emission reduction of 4,146.1 tons under the baseline scenario of complete green power substitution, which verifies the feasibility of the model and methodology.
