Hierarchical Optimal Allocation of Grid-Type Energy Storage for Offshore Wind Power Based on Chaotic Mapping Algorithm
A multi-objective optimization model for grid-type energy storage is proposed to address the needs of inertia support and economical operation in offshore wind power systems under the new energy “double high” context. The model uses fixed capacity as the upper structure and considers storage capacity and location as decision variables to improve the system economy by accounting for various costs. At the lower layer, the model optimizes the charging and discharging states of the grid -type energy storage, enhancing voltage stability by considering system voltage and losses. A voltage stability index is used to identify weak nodes for pre-selecting address nodes, thereby improving solving efficiency. The model's effectiveness is validated using modified IEEE33 nodes, demonstrating that optimized grid-configured energy storage can enhance system stability and reduce operating costs.
