Study of Cooperative Management Strategies in Interconnected Microgrid Clusters Via ADMM-Based Optimization
This study focuses on enhancing the schedule of different microgrids using a method called Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM). The aim is to use more renewable energy and reduce carbon pollution. The plan focuses on sharing power and working together between microgrids to increase the use of green energy, and thereby introduce a gradual trading mechanism on carbon for lowering carbon emissions. The result shows that both carbon emissions and operating costs can be greatly reduced, with merits showing that the ADMM procedure is infeasible and reliable for the scheduling of multiple microgrids. This research is intended to be the theoretical and technical support for carbon reduction goal achievement and the further development of microgrids.
