Adaptive Strategies for Distribution Networks: Time-of-Use Pricing and Charging Station Layout under the Integration of Large-Scale Electric Vehicles
With the rapid development of the electric vehicle (EV) market worldwide, the large-scale deployment of EVs has an increasingly significant impact on the safe operation of power systems. The massive connection of EVs and the unreasonable number and distribution of EV charging stations can lower the voltage level of the power system and increase power flow fluctuations, thereby posing a certain threat to the safe operation of the power system. Against this background, this paper proposes an EV charging strategy that combines electricity price guidance with distributed charging stations. The IEEE 33-node system is selected as the test system, and multiple distribution scenarios of charging stations are constructed to compare the voltage deviation and power flow fluctuations of the system under different scenarios. The simulation results show that the strategy proposed in this paper can stabilize the system voltage and alleviate power flow fluctuations, which has certain practical significance for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
