First, among the constraints of survival swimming education for the disabled, internal constraints were identified including as problems with transportation to the training site and lack of training personnel, while interpersonal constraints were found to include the absence of participatory training, difficulties in realistic training, and problems with administrative procedures. Structural constraints were identified as a lack of understanding during joint training and difficulties in establishing stable training. As strategies for improving survival swimming education, play-style training, step-by-step training guidance, and professional training programs were identified in the educational approach. In the environmental approach, stabilization of the educational environment was shown.
