Effects of Physical Fitness and Isokinetic Muscle Function in Ratio-Distance Different in Amateur Golfers
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical fitness and isokinetic muscle function in ratio-distance different in amateur golfers. The result of the present study were as follows. First, in the relationship between ratio distance and physical fitness, in the items of standing on one leg with eyes closed left, right and back bending, and was a statistically significant difference in grip strength left, right and back muscle strength. Second the relationship between ratio distance and isokinetic muscle function with the knee, the maximum muscle strength of left, right extension and flexion, the maximum muscle strength per body weight of left, right flexion and extension, the average muscle strength of left, right flexion and extension showed statistically significant differences. Third, the relationship between ratio distance and isokinetic muscle function in the shoulder, the maximum muscle strength of left, right internal and external rotation, the maximum muscle strength per body weight of left, right internal rotation, the average muscle strength of left, right external rotation showed statistically significant differences.
