Research on the Business Model of China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises—Taking Aukey as an Example

在全球跨境电商发展迅速的背景下，中国跨境电商企业已成为全球跨境电商行业中的重要组成部分。党和国家高度重视跨境电商企业的发展，出台了一系列政策推动其成长。党的二十届三中全会提出推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合，鼓励跨境电商企业运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术，提升运营效率、优化供应链管理、开展智能化生产。基于此，文章以傲基公司为例，结合波特五力模型，对其业务经营模式的变化以及在跨境电商行业中面临的问题进行探讨，最后从数字经济与实体经济融合的角度出发，为傲基提出有关业务经营的建议。Against the backdrop of the rapid development of global cross-border e-commerce, Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises have become a crucial part of the global cross-border e-commerce industry. The Party and the State attach great importance to the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises and have introduced a series of policies to promote their growth. The Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed promoting the in-depth integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and encouraging cross-border e-commerce enterprises to use technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, optimize supply chain management, and carry out intelligent production. Based on this, this article takes Aukey as an example, combines with Porter’s Five Forces Model, and explores the changes in its business operation model and the problems it faces in the cross-border e-commerce industry. Finally, from the perspective of the integration of the digital economy and the real economy, it puts forward relevant business operation suggestions for Aukey.
