Android Health Monitoring and Dietary Guidance for Smartwatch
The objective of this paper is to develop a health monitoring app that uses Bluetooth smartwatches to collect real-time health data like blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, and blood sugar levels. Comparing this data to healthy adult wellness markers is the major purpose to verify its accuracy. The computer then generates personalized diets based on confirmed health data including daily calorie intake and macronutrient distribution. Bluetooth technology is needed to transport data from the smartwatch to the smartphone, where algorithms determine the user's diet and health. The app's simple UI displays historical patterns, dietary suggestions, and real-time health data. The papers key outcomes were personalized dietary regimens, Bluetooth connectivity for real-time data collection, and health metrics validation against established criteria. The app's real-time health data-based preventative treatment suggestions have significant potential to improve personal health management. By helping users make informed eating and lifestyle choices, the program improves health and may reduce healthcare system burden. Such technologies can reduce chronic diseases, encourage better lifestyles, and improve public health management.
