Regression Analysis of Trapdoor Chabazite for Characterizing Electrical Conductivity

In the present article, AC conductivity of K+ chabazite has been investigated under different temperatures and frequencies during heating and cooling cycles. The relationship of conductivity with frequency and temperature were quantified using regression models over experimental data. When the temperature and frequency were increased in study data the AC conductivity was seen to increase significantly. The data showed that when heating was being done the linear correlation was much stronger than that of the cooling cycle. According to regression analysis at different temperatures, higher R2 values at higher temperatures show that the charge carriers become more mobile as the temperature is raised. The model does not predict as well during cooling indicating other factors at play. At low temperature, the nonlinear variation indicates complexity happening because of temperature. These results are informative for the electrical behaviour of K+ chabazite as a function of temperature for energy storage, catalysis, and electronic materials applications. Further research may include better modeling techniques to reflect the variations better.
