This bibliometric study examines the evolution of literature related to website quality, emphasizing its impact on user engagement, satisfaction, trust, and overall institutional performance. High-quality websites attract and retain users, fostering better customer relationships and driving business success. Key dimensions such as design, usability, accessibility, performance, and content relevance are explored through a comprehensive literature analysis. The study employs bibliometric techniques, including descriptive analysis and science mapping, using data retrieved from the Web of Science database covering the period from 2005 to 2024. A total of 1,162 articles are analyzed, highlighting influential authors, citation patterns, and core research themes. The findings reveal the interdisciplinary nature of website quality research, with significant contributions from the fields of information systems, e-commerce, and human-computer interaction. By providing a thorough examination of how website quality is conceptualized and measured, this study offers valuable insights for both academic research and practical website evaluations.
