Epidemiological Analysis of Cancer in India
This study investigates cancer data collected from the World Health Organization to understand how different types of cancer begin and develop over time. Cancer is a serious global health issue, made up of many diseases that involve abnormal and uncontrolled cell growth. It poses major challenges to healthcare systems around the world. The research focuses on several important factors that may affect the risk and progression of cancer—such as a person’s age, sex, family history, daily habits, exposure to harmful environments, details about the tumors themselves, and how patients respond to treatment. By exploring the data, the study uncovers patterns and connections between these factors. The goal is to better understand what contributes to cancer and how it spreads, so that public health efforts can be more effective, and treatments can be more tailored to each person— ultimately helping to reduce the burden of cancer on people and communities
