Inner Vista-Mental Health Chatbot
In this paper, we present a mental health improvement chatbot. It speaks with people, assesses their mental health, and provides tailored coping mechanisms using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). The chatbot also analyses what the user types in to tell the difference between feelings of hopelessness and anxiousness. It personalizes coping mechanisms to different people's situations and nudges constructive conversations by taking a nonjudgmental tone. Improving access to mental health resources is the main goal, addressing problems with stigma, expense, and the scarcity of available care alternatives. The creation of the chatbot and its potential to improve conventional therapy are described in this study. Its ultimate objective is to empower people to manage their mental health actively. In short, the chatbot engages with users, assesses their mental health, and offers customized coping strategies. It identifies emotional states using text input analysis and offers a secure forum for conversation. By making support more accessible, the tool hopes to empower individuals to take charge of their health.
