Ambient Monitoring and Control in Vertical Farmlands
The ambient monitoring and control in vertical farmlands aim to develop a smart, IoT-based solution that enables efficient monitoring and control of key environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, and soil moisture in vertical farming setups. By integrating sensors and internet-enabled devices, the system collects real-time data from multiple locations across the farm, which is then displayed on an intuitive dashboard. Users can remotely monitor and adjust these environmental parameters, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth at all times. The system is designed to reduce manual labor, enhance resource management, and boost crop yield by automating environmental controls like irrigation, temperature, and lighting adjustments. This approach also promotes sustainable farming practices by minimizing water, energy, and nutrient wastage. Through real-time monitoring, data analysis, and automated control, the project introduces a scalable solution for improving the efficiency and productivity of modern vertical farms.
