Research on Consumer Privacy Concerns and Willingness to use Intelligent Systems from the Perspective of Informatics
At present, intelligent technology has been widely used, and consumers' concern about privacy has become one of the important factors affecting the sales of intelligent systems. In order to understand the impact of privacy concerns on consumers' willingness to use smart systems, and to explore the moderating role of trust and transparency, this paper will conduct an in-depth analysis from the perspective of informatics. This paper uses questionnaire design to collect core indicator data, such as privacy concerns and trust, transparency, and willingness to use. During the research process, a structured questionnaire is designed first, data is collected at the same time, and the necessary data cleaning and pre-processing are carried out to make the data accurate and complete. Then, through descriptive analysis, the basic characteristics of the sample were understood, and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to verify the structural validity of the table, and finally, the structural equation model was used to analyze the complex relationship between the variables, and at the same time, the fit of the model was evaluated. In addition, this paper conducts a survey through an actual questionnaire that collects data from 500-1000 consumers of intelligent systems. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the root mean square error value of the model reaches 0.05, which indicates that the fit degree of the model is good, which indicates that informatics has unique advantages in processing multi-dimensional data and complex system analysis, and can provide a scientific basis for the design and promotion of intelligent systems.
