TID and SEE Results of Various COTS Parts and the Lessons Learned From the ESA-CORHA Project
We present investigations on total ionizing dose (TID) and Single Event Effects (SEE) radiation testing of various commercial devices (microcontroller, ADC, operational amplifier, multiplexer) as part of the ESA CORHA study. Furthermore, we compile the lessons learned of COTS testing gathered within the CORHA study that is performed on a comprehensive COTs sample set in TID and SEE radiation environments.
