Welcome to the Record of the 2024 Data Workshop Session of the 2024 Conference on Radiation Effects on Components and Systems (RADECS)

The Data Workshop (DW) is an important event allowing researchers to present high quality data about radiation effects on electronics, and to make them available to the community via a dedicated publication. Most of the workshop deals with actual experimental radiation data collected on commercial or radiation hardened parts. Nevertheless, papers presenting facilities used for radiation effects testing as well as simulation data with the purpose of simulating radiation effects and environments are also welcome. The DW is held as a dedicated poster session as part of the yearly Conference on Radiation Effects on Components and Systems (RADECS) Technical Program. The DW poster presenters are also invited to write a paper covering their work. The papers are written in the IEEE Transactions format and until this year they were included in the RADECS Proceedings.
