Centralised Platform for Career Growth Community
Job searching website for freshers and recently graduated candidates is a centralized web application that is part of our career growth community. This makes the platform easy for the recruiters to fill positions, and the job seekers to get opportunities with these valuable resources. This process helps to create a secure and authentic environment for both job seekers and recruiters. The website supports a two-login system, with fresh graduates able to create a profile, upload their resumes and search for jobs matching their qualifications. Recruiters can also post job openings, exam profiles for evaluation, and shortlist based on skills and scores. Communities for specific roles are a way for job seekers to network with like-minded individuals. These communities facilitate discussions, knowledge sharing, and professional networking, allowing candidates to gain insights into their respective fields. The portal has a skill assessment module through which candidates can take tests to check their skills. Mock assessments help in fine-tuning their skills and performance score is an indicator of it. These scores help recruiters to filter and find the best candidates efficiently for hiring. The platform is further rich in interactive features like discussion boards and knowledge-sharing resources. Interview tips, industry news, and links to online courses are available to assist with lifelong learning and skills building. With an emphasis on freshers and recent hires, the platform makes sure to remove competition from more deluxe candidates who may disproportionately impact the freshness of new hires that might beat them out. It provides recruiters with an efficient means to discover competent candidates based on proven metrics. In addition, the project aims to reduce the gap between Talent Acquisition and Career Development, encourage and empower freshers & help employers find the best talent.
