Incidence of γδ phenotype in mycosis fungoides: a prospective analysis
A small subset of T-cell receptor (TCR)-δ+ cases with indolent clinical features resembling mycosis fungoides (MF) have been reported, raising debate on whether they represent MF or primary cutaneous γδ T-cell lymphoma (PCGDTCL) variants. To address the gap in γδ TCR+ cases of MF, we conducted a prospective study of patients with newly diagnosed MF. We argue that γδ+ MF should be incorporated as a type of MF.
