Tid and See Response of the Dc2386a-B Wireless Power Transfer Module.
Performance degradation of the DC2386A-B Wireless Power Transfer Module was studied using low dose rate <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${}^{60} \text{Co}$</tex> irradiation. SEE response was evaluated using a 105 MeV proton beam. Results revealed the Module is TID and SEE, tolerant.
