Enriching Learning Experience Using Gemma-the Intelligent Chat Companion

Chatbots have developed into essential tools for improving user interaction and engagement across various sectors, including customer service and academic support. Traditional rule-based and template-based methods restrict the scope of interaction, but recent advancements in deep learning have enabled the development of more dynamic and intellectually advanced dialogue systems. This investigation utilizes the GEMMA model and transfer learning to classify user intentions and effectively generate appropriate responses. The objective is to attain elevated precision and promptness in real-time user engagement. The enhancement of these experiences has emerged as a critical issue for educational institutions worldwide. An innovative approach to achieving this goal involves integrating an intelligent conversational agent that provides interactive student assistance. This study presents Gemma, immediate assistance and fostering a more profound interaction with academic material. Gemma utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning to efficiently address student inquiries, provide relevant materials, and foster an engaging learning environment. This study examines the enhancing the capacity to effectively classify, respond to, and assist students according to their requirements.
