Reply to: Letter to the editor of Heliyon re: “Pythagorean fuzzy transportation problem: New way of ranking for Pythagorean fuzzy sets and mean square approach” Heliyon Volume 9, Issue 10, e20775
A brief review of our work on the Pythagorean fuzzy transportation problem. To find a fundamental, workable solution, we first developed a new ranking function for the Pythagorean fuzzy number and then suggested a new method for the Pythagorean fuzzy transportation issue.Example 1. of Dr. Raina's: Let = (0.6, 0.5) and = (0.5, 0.6) be two Pythagorean fuzzy numbers.Based on the condition of the Pythagorean fuzzy set = 0.61 1 and = 0.61 1.Then by the proposed ranking function R() = 0.3, and R() = 0.3 Since, by case (iiiIf 1 = 2 and 1 = 2 , the two different Pythagorean fuzzy numbers will become single Pythagorean fuzzy number.Consequently, the relationship between them does not need to be stated. As a result, the proposed ranking function is appropriate.
