This study investigates the influence of organizational culture and technological environment on knowledge-sharing behavior among nursing educators. Using a mixed-methods research design, the study combines quantitative questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews to test the relevant hypotheses. The findings reveal that supportive and trust cultures significantly enhance knowledge-sharing behavior, while the technological environment, including tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video conferencing, plays a facilitating role.
