Research and application of dam compaction construction platform based on deep learning and IoT technology

The compaction construction of dam body is a key link in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and the quality of its construction directly affects the safety and stability of the dam. The construction of dams has the characteristics of tight construction period, high filling intensity during peak periods, high requirements for seamless connection in the construction process of continuous paving and rolling by rolling machines, and strict quality requirements from the owner's engineers. Traditional on-site rolling construction has problems such as opaque project management process, inability to reproduce the rolling process, reliance on manual monitoring of construction, easy errors in recording qualified times by humans, easy occurrence of engineering safety accidents by supervision personnel recording on the construction site, and inability to detect drivers' illegal driving. Therefore, an important issue facing current dam construction is how to improve the quality and efficiency of dam compaction construction. In response to the above issues, this study developed a digital construction platform for dam compaction based on deep learning and IoT technology, aiming to achieve intelligent, automated, and efficient dam compaction construction. This platform uses IoT technology to monitor and collect real-time data on the construction process of dam compaction, and processes and analyzes construction data through deep learning technology to intelligently evaluate and effectively ensure the quality of dam compaction construction.
