Changes in the Substance of Labor Process in the Context of Noonomy Theory and Practice and Objectives of Political Economy

The article examines the questions connected with rapid changes in character and contents of labor process under the influence of contemporary tendencies of scientific & technical progress. We also can see not only mutual flows of high-skilled labor force between different branches of manufactured industry but also its outflow from the whole manufactured sector to other economic spheres. At the same time the new kinds of labor activities appear, the wages are being raised alongside with the strengthening of demands to the level of employees’ qualification. In such situation the role of qualified education including preparing the high-skilled technical staff has being strongly increased. All such changes highly influence the forming social relations and general situation within human society and can be considered as the subject of examining by noonomy and at the same time by political economy.
