Research on the Development Status, Challenges and Countermeasures of Cross-Border E-Commerce

随着全球数字经济的蓬勃发展，跨境电子商务已成为推动国际贸易增长的重要引擎。中国凭借政策支持、技术优势及供应链能力，在全球跨境电商领域占据重要地位。本文通过系统梳理国内外相关文献，分析了当前全球及中国跨境电商的发展现状，总结了中国在政策法规不完善、物流体系不健全以及支付安全风险等方面所面临的主要挑战。在此基础上，提出了完善政策监管体系、优化跨境物流网络、提升支付安全水平等对策建议，以期为中国跨境电商的高质量可持续发展提供理论参考与实践路径。With the rapid development of the global digital economy, cross-border e-commerce has become a key driver of international trade growth. China, supported by favorable policies, technological advancement, and supply chain capabilities, plays a pivotal role in the global cross-border e-commerce landscape. This paper reviews relevant domestic and international literature, analyzes the current development status of cross-border e-commerce both globally and in China, and identifies key challenges faced by China, including regulatory gaps, insufficient logistics infrastructure, and payment security risks. Based on these findings, the paper proposes countermeasures such as improving regulatory systems, optimizing cross-border logistics networks, and enhancing payment security mechanisms, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical solutions for the sustainable and high-quality development of China’s cross-border e-commerce sector.
