Sector de Seguridad Privada en México: Herramientas de Inteligencia artificial aplicadas al reclutamiento y selección de personal

In an increasingly competitive business environment, organizations seek to optimize their recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified talent. In this context, artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as a disruptive tool capable of transforming these processes through predictive algorithms, data analysis, and automated learning platforms. This study analyzes the impact of AI on recruitment within the private security sector in Mexico. A documentary review methodology with a deductive and descriptive approach was applied, analyzing academic, technical, and regulatory sources from the past ten years. The findings show that AI offers significant advantages in key areas such as background verification, trust and control evaluation, data-driven selection, and training through virtual reality. These tools not only optimize time and reduce biases but also strengthen regulatory compliance and improve decision-making accuracy. Consequently, AI is positioned as a strategic ally for private security companies, contributing to the professionalization of the sector and the advancement of human talent management.
