UNUSUAL VACANCIES IN THE LABOR MARKET: CURRENT REQUESTS OF THE TIME OR SITUATIONAL FASHION TRENDS?

The article presents an analysis of unusual vacancies that have appeared on the labor market since 2023. Particular attention is paid to changes in the economy, industries, and the socio-cultural environment that have led to the emergence of new vacancies. All patterns are examined in detail by blocks: personnel shortage, technological transformation, development of well-ness and well-being cultures, a new level of personalized service, and nicheization. There is an analysis of each block, and vacancies that have appeared based on the described changes are considered. The conclusions are based on the analysis of all patterns and are that the current situation on the labor market is the result of economic, industrial, and socio-cultural changes that entail the use of creative strategies to attract employees.
