Type-II CsPbBr3/SnS2 heterostructure nanocrystals: toward a high-performance self-powered UV photodetector

We fabricated a self-powered photodetector based on the type-II CsPbBr 3 /SnS 2 heterostructure nanocrystals. It exhibits a detectivity of 1.13 × 10 13 Jones under 365 nm. This work offers a strategy for the development of high-performance photodetector.
