THE USE OF CORROSION-RESISTANT 08X22H6T (ЭП53) STEEL IN THE DESIGNS OF MAGNETIC COUPLINGS AND MAGNETIC SYSTEMS

The possibility of using soft austenitic-ferritic corrosion-resistant steel 08Х22Н6T (ЭП53) for the manufacture of half-coupling housings of magnetic couplings and housings of sections of magnetic systems used as magnetic conductors with different sizes of magnetic conductor thicknesses – the thickness of both magnetic conductors is 10 mm, the thickness of one magnetic conductor is 10 mm, the second is 4 mm and the thickness of both magnetic conductors is 4 mm. The shear forces of highly coercive permanent magnets made of an alloy of rare earth elements Nd–Fe–B with a residual magnetic induction of 1.1 T and a magnet thickness of 10 mm in a magnetic system with magnetic conductors made of corrosion-resistant steel 08Х22Н6T (ЭП53) instead of soft magnetic steel – steel 15, decreases from 18.15 to 23.96 % depending on the thickness of the magnetic conductors.
