ANALYSIS AND STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITIES AQUATIC DEFORMATION ON CHANGES IN THE STRUCTURE WITH DIFFERENT NATURAL BASES
The article examines the effect of superplastic deformation on changes in the structure and properties of high-speed steels of grades R6M5 and 10R6M5-MP of various metallurgical nature. It has been established that, regardless of the method of production and the degree of deformation, steel has a homogeneous structure – sorbitol-like perlite and carbides. It was revealed that carbides have mainly a rounded shape, some have an angular shape. It is shown that for steel R6M5, the optimal temperature of superplasticity is 797,3 ℃, and the corresponding optimal deformation rate is 0,03015 s–1. In 10R6M5-MP powder steel, the optimal temperature of superplasticity is 796,6 ℃, and the corresponding optimal deformation rate is 0,4827 s–1.
