A fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to explore the combination of factors that affected the active utilization of idle house land.2.No single influencing factor of active use of homestead was a necessary condition on its own for the increase in the number of active residences.3.It was found that the mantras that promoted the revitalization of homestead included "government-led and steadily promoted type" and "government-guided and social-capital-driven type".4."Information platform building" played an important role in increasing the number of revitalization households.
