WAYS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS IN VARIOUS WORKING BY COMBINED METHODS

The results of scientific and applied research in the field of modern methods of combined processing for various working environments with technologies providing a combination of thermal, magnetic, radiation, chemical permanent and pulsed effects are considered. The materials of the article contribute to the creation and development of new ways to improve the quality of high-tech products, are aimed at creating promising working environments and combined processing methods, expanding technological capabilities in the production of aviation, space, transport and other branches of technology. New methods of improving the quality of high-tech products by combined methods include their use in technological complexes created from equipment of domestic production, the production of which can successfully overcome the problems of import substitution. The technological possibilities, the expediency of assigning and evaluating their effectiveness to improve the quality of scientifically based combinations in a single rocess of external and internal influences are considered, and a unified approach to the design of combined technologies is proposed with an assessment of the capabilities of each assigned type of impact, taking into account the level of their production manufacturability. A new approach to quality management of high-tech products is shown by economically justifying their effective performance properties through the use of developed multilayer coatings, the technology of creation and use of which has made a significant scientific contribution to technological science.
